Welcome to Sunny 201, our welcome respite from our vitamin D depleted lifestyle in the grey and rainy Seattle!We love this place, only a short walking distance from the Arcade and downtown Ojai (restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, bars, shopping, Sunday Farmer’s Market not to mention only a 1 mile walk from fantastic hiking trails.) This remodeled 50’s rambler sits on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, home to the town originals, updated oldies but goodies with a huge dose of “cute”! A spacious layout (2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq feet —one floor) gives you and yours plenty of room to be together or alone together. Also multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy: sunny sitting area out front, private shady back patio with outdoor fireplace, and the iconic orange cocktail swings (more adult chat/sit than actual swinging). The inside visual vibe of this place is minimal with a bit of arty shabby chic thrown in. And yes, we have comfy beds!
