A fully remodeled 3-bedroom luxury retreat in the Ojai Valley with a pool, spa, and Topa Topa mountain views from nearly every room. Two living rooms with gas fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen with a Viking range, and a primary suite with a private steam room — on a quiet cul-de-sac so private you won’t see or hear a neighbor. Walk to town, minutes from hiking, biking, and Ojai’s wine country.

The Space
Two living rooms, each with a gas fireplace, offer room to spread out. The kitchen is built around a professional Viking range and island, stocked with Le Creuset pans and chef’s tools.

The primary suite (K) is a retreat within a retreat: double-height ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite with a soaking tub and private steam room. Two guest bedrooms 1queen and 1 full share a second remodeled bath; a study with mountain views makes a quiet spot to work, and a pull-out sofa covers overflow guests. Beds are dressed in Egyptian cotton, with an adjustable Sleep Number bed in the primary suite.

Outside, a remodeled pool and spa, a hidden fire pit garden, and citrus trees make this feel like a private resort.

Neighborhood
Steps from the Ojai Meadows Preserve and a 5-minute walk to Meiners Oaks, home to Farmer and the Cook and local shops. The Ojai Valley Bike Trail is on the doorstep, with hiking and river swimming at Ojai Valley River Preserve minutes away. A short drive brings you to Ojai’s wine tasting rooms and galleries, with Santa Barbara and the Sespe Wilderness easy day trips.

Other things to note
The swimming pool does not have a cover on it so no small children and no pets that are in danger of drowning.
