The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast nook with fireplace, 10 burner & 2 oven range, two Subzero refrigerators and two dishwashers. A mezzanine library and study overlook the living areas and include a built in bed and fireplace. The upper level includes the principal bedroom suite with closet, laundry, bathroom, sitting area and terrace, all with spectacular views of the valley and mountains. A loggia wing includes two bedrooms with shared bathroom, a family/TV room and laundry. The property has a unique combination of spacious pastoral privacy and easy walking distance to the arcade.
